Duran Technology LLC runs this website and the PaySheet service. This policy explains what we collect, how we keep it and who can see it.

Two kinds of information

1. Information companies put in PaySheet. When a customer uses PaySheet, that company decides what goes in it: employee names, usernames, emails, pay sheets, jobs, quantities, prices, photos and PDFs, and billing contacts. We process it only for that company, under our customer agreement.
2. Information we collect ourselves. What you send us (for example through the Request a demo form: your name, company, email and phone, or by email), account login records, and technical logs.

What we collect automatically

• Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. We use them for security and traffic analysis.
• Website visits: when a page of this website opens, it tells us the page and the site that sent you there. We record your IP address with it and look up a rough location (city, state and country) from that address in a database kept on our own servers. We use this to see how people find us, keep it for 30 days, and do not use cookies for it.
• Settings saved on your device: your company code, language, light or dark theme, and pay sheets waiting to be sent when signal returns. These stay in your browser.

How we use information

To run, secure and support PaySheet; to send the emails it sends on a company's behalf (approval notices, returned sheets, billing emails with PDF invoices, reports); to set up demos and answer sales and support questions; to bill our customers; and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not share customer data with anyone for their own purposes. The only outside companies that have limited access are service providers that facilitate email and payment processing for PaySheet, and they may use it only to provide those services to us. Provider names are available upon request.

Your company can connect its own systems to PaySheet with API keys. A key can only do what it was made for, such as reading your company's approved pay sheets, and your company can revoke it at any time.

PaySheet, its database, photos and backups run on servers we own and operate in the United States. We may disclose information when the law requires it. If we receive a legal demand for customer data, we will tell the affected customer within 30 days unless the law forbids it.

How it is stored and kept safe

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, separate data for each company, two-factor login, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission.

How long we keep it

We keep company data while the company is a customer. After a subscription ends, we delete it within 90 days. Data from a trial that does not become a subscription is deleted 30 days after the trial ends. Sales emails and demo requests are kept for up to 3 years. We may keep de-identified, aggregated usage data that does not identify any company or person.

Your choices and rights

You can turn off email notifications in your profile. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, correct or delete personal information. Email contact@fieldpaysheet.com; for information we collect ourselves, we aim to answer within 30 days. If your data came from your employer, your employer controls it, and we will pass the request to them.

Changes and contact
