What's on the template

The same fields our customers' crews fill in every day, laid out so a foreman can finish it in the truck and the office can read it without a phone call.

Job details

Date, job number, customer, location, work order and crew, at the top where the office looks first.

Pay items

Item code, description, unit and quantity. The Excel version has a tab for your own price book that fills in the description and unit.

One page

Fits on a single letter page, in Excel or PDF, so it prints straight onto the clipboard.

Sign-off

Crew signature and approver signature with the date, so nothing is billed before it's checked.

How to use it

  1. Put your own item codes on the Price book tab of the Excel file, or write them on the PDF before you print.
  2. Give each crew a sheet per job per day.
  3. Collect them daily, have the approver sign, and enter the totals for billing.

Or skip the paper

The same pay sheet, on your crews' phones

No collecting, no retyping, no lost sheets. Crews fill in the same fields on a phone, attach the photos, and the approver signs off with a tap. Billing gets every approved sheet by email.

Price book built in

Crews only see the items for that job. No codes from memory.

Photos on the sheet

Taken with the phone and attached, not in a camera roll.

Approved means billed

The approved sheet goes to billing with a CSV the same minute.
